What is the returns policy? (including SALE ITEMS)
We are pleased to refund unworn and unmarked goods with original packaging and box in a saleable condition accompanied with the purchase invoice within 28 days of the purchase date.
In accordance to your rights we will be pleased to refund any justified complaints where goods are found to be defective as to quality description or performance.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds if the goods have been worn and you have changed your mind or if goods have been damaged after purchase.
Unfortunately we do not exchange items you would need to return items for a refund and then re-submit a new .
We DO NOT accept any returns to our concessions (both Full price and mark down sale stock) all items must be returned to the Returns Address on your dispatch invoice.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are returning products please remember they are your responsibility as a customer until they reach us.
For your own protection we recommend that you send any returns using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods for example Royal mail special or recorded delivery in the UK or a courier service the US or Europe.
We do not pay for return postage this will be at your own cost.
