All shipments to the USA, are charged in US Dollars, simply click on the dollar sign at the top right hand of the screen and all item prices will automatically convert to USD.

Shipments to CANADA, HONG KONG and AUSTRALIA we advise to choose Pounds or Dollars.

We will ship your order to the USA, CANADA, HONG KONG and AUSTRALIA with FEDEX, the charge is $30 dollars for up to any 4 items and this takes up to 5 working days from dispatch from our distribution hub to your door.

If you are located in the USA and are shipping to someone in the UK, please pay in US dollars and choose ONE of the two UK delivery options, either "UK Standard" OR "UK Next day" and the site will convert any sterling postage costs to US dollars.

If you are located in CANADA, HONG KONG or AUSTRALIA and are shipping to someone in the UK, please pay in US dollars or UK Pounds and choose ONE of the two UK delivery options, either "UK Standard" OR "UK Next day" and the site will convert any sterling postage costs to US dollars, if this currency is chosen.

If you are in the USA, CANADA, HONG KONG or AUSTRALIA and are shipping to someone within Europe please pay in dollars or Pounds and choose the "To Europe" delivery option.

If you are shipping the item to a business address in the USA, CANADA, HONG KONG or AUSTRALIA or ANY alternate delivery adress from the cardholders registered billing address. You must choose the 'different delivery address' option at the card payment stage and ensure in the first line of the address shows C/O, (Care Of) this is a customs requirement and will prevent customs delays.

PLEASE NOTE - For goods ordered from Dune and shipped into the USA, CANADA, HONG KONG or AUSTRALIA you may be liable for Taxes and/or Customs Import Duty. Our courier partner FEDEX may also need to contact you to verify personal details - please ensure you have listed correctly your daytime contact details.

There are certain items that we are prohibited by US customs regulations from shipping into the USA, these include Reptile, Snake and Fur by-products, if you order these items, we reserve the right to cancel any products from your order.

All deliveries are made using FEDEX and on shipment of your order from the UK, you will receive an email and tracking number for the consigment. All shipments can be tracked on www.fedex.com
