Specific Delivery Information for EUROPE (postage)
We ship to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Malta, Cyprus and Greece.

For orders placed by customers in Europe going to a European destination please choose the following postage type from the drop down menu at the checkout:

EUROPE, this is 10.00 euro and will take up to 5 working days to arrive from dispatch.

For European customers sending items to UK (ENGLAND, SCOTLAND and WALES ONLY), choose either:
Standard Delivery (up to 3 working days from warehouse dispatch) at 6.00 euro or Next working Day Delivery, if placed before 10am at 9.00 euro.

For Northern Ireland we offer a Standard Delivery service (3 working days from warehouse dispatch) at 15.00 euro

For UK Offshore Islands we offer a standard delivery service (5 working days from warehouse dispatch) at 22.00 euro.
Islands applicable: Scilly Isles, Isle of Man and Channel Islands

Please note that items are dispatched Mon-Fri only (excluding Bank Holidays) and are delivered between 9am and 5.30pm, we do not deliver at weekends. All of our courier deliveries will require a signature before the parcel is released.

We appreciate that you may not always be at home to receive a delivery, and as such we offer the option of delivery to an address other than your registered payment card address. (See Delivery address option when processing your order at payment stage)
If the parcel is not signed for on arrival, it will be returned to us and you will be liable for the postage costs.

Once your order has been shipped the delivery address cannot be changed, for security purposes.

Your order cannot exceed 4 items

You can order up to 4 items and the postage charge will not exceed the delivery charge.

We regret we are unable to deliver to PO Box Addresses and to the British Forces Post Office (BFPO).

Please note all delivery times are subject to product availability and credit card authorisation.

We strive to process and dispatch all received orders within a maximum of three working days. However during "Sale" periods we are extremely busy and delays can occur. Please be assured we will always dispatch your order as soon possible.
