What happens if my product is faulty on arrival?
Please fill out the returns form and send it back to the address on the returns form either requesting the same item to be sent again OR for a full refund this will include your initial postage.
Please note you will not be charged postage for the new 'like for like' item being sent back out to you.
What happens if the product develops a fault after being worn?
